After the assassination attempt Donald Trump talks about unity, pretty ironic since he is single-handedly responsible for the division across this country. But his VP pick tells us that is a bunch of baloney.

Vance is a pit bull willing to change gears to protect and grow his power base and he is a vicious one. Only a few years ago he called Trump a crook and a grifter. He claims to be a man of the people but in his novel Hillbilly Elegy he spreads stereotypes about the regular folks who live in Appalachia.

The reality is he is solidly in favor of more massive tax breaks for the wealthy, which would further crush the rural poor. It’s no wonder since as an ambitious politician he needs to raise big money, so now he is a big money guy.

In other words a typical extreme right Republican attack dog and unity is a word he does not know or care about. So much for pretending division is over as a Republican policy.

Trump could have picked a woman, a person of color, or someone else who is not a white male politician. Instead he picked a white male fake Everyman who masquerades as a regular guy. So now we have two jerks on the same ticket, both…
