Trump, Egypt, and Ten Million in Cash

This could be the biggest coverup in recent history

Yesterday the Washington Post published a blockbuster story that might reveal a massive financial coverup by Trump just before he was elected in 2016. The story is pretty crazy, but the Post has done a deep dive and what they found stinks of bribery and treason by a Presidential candidate.

The Egyptian intelligence organization reportedly withdrew $10 million in US cash from an Egyptian bank, nearly all the US currency in the country, and packed the bills into bags. Nearly 200 lbs of cash.

Just days later, with time running out before the election, Trump funded his campaign with ten million of his own money, an extremely unusual move for Trump who has not spent money of his own on any of his campaigns to date other than that massive infusion. The man is a notorious tightwad.

US intelligence started an investigation of the Egyptian withdrawal but the investigation was killed by Attorney General Barr without any explanation after he was appointed by Trump.

Two years later, after Trump replaced his Secretary of State, the new Secretary authorized the release of a total of $1.5 billion in Egyptian funds it had seized after the Egyptian government cracked down on protestors. The previous Secretary…
