MAGA No Longer Needs Trump

They’ve evolved into an extremist religion

All world belief systems, i.e. religions, are built on earlier sets of beliefs. As Trump’s reign fades into an endless series of investigations and lawsuits, his rabid followers are moving on into weird territory and selectively preserving pieces of the mythology he used to get elected. They don’t need the Donald any more.
