Is New Age Thinking a Sign of Mental Illness?

This is something I’ve been pondering for a long time. You don’t hear the phrase ‘New Age’ much anymore because many of the foundational beliefs underlying this worldview have learned to cloak themselves in a veneer of legitimacy. But they still don’t stand up to closer scrutiny.
