I would seriously consider meditation. Read Zen Mind, Beginner’s Mind by Shunryu Suzuki. It’s a great guide, very direct and simple. This is more than the pop mindfulness stuff. At the beginning it is hard work, really hard work, but once you start to get the hang of it, it becomes a tool you can use in many situations to reorient yourself. Psychedelics, like any other drug, lose their effectiveness after multiple uses. As crazy as it seems, LSD is something your neural network can get used to, and then it is no longer effective at rewiring things. Try breathing for a bit, with discipline…
