I Wanted to Write About Something Positive This Morning

But the news is not cooperating

I do a pretty broad survey of news sources each morning and try to vet those sources when they are new to me, not always easy with the amount of random disinformation out there. I noticed a few other writers trying to break out with a positive point of view too.
