He unites the discipline of Zen meditation and Buddhist models like the skandas with a simple therapeutic tool for applying them to understand our conception of self. It’s not at all dogmatic and the processes are very simple. They seek to expand the value of mindfulness beyond a simple calming tool. And its well-written!
