Did the Russians Really Paint ‘For the Children’ on a Missile?

This one made me sick in my soul. The wreckage of a Russian missile lay outside the train station where it killed fifty people, including at least five children. Clearly visible on its side are the hand-painted words, in Russian, that translate as ‘for the children’.
